La Dolce Vita is our flagship event, the pinnacle of luxury grand touring. This unforgettable journey combines the thrill of Europe’s most celebrated mountain roads with the refinement of its finest hotels.

From the soaring peaks of the Alps to the dramatic limestone spires of the Dolomites, the route features a handpicked selection of iconic passes, including the legendary Stelvio before descending through Slovenia and into Croatia for a Michelin starred finale on the Adriatic coast.

From the Alps to the Adriatic, an unforgettable journey of breathtaking roads, world class hotels, and pure indulgence.

From the Tyrolean Alps to the Adriatic coast, La Dolce Vita unfolds across a collection of Europe’s most exceptional hotels. The journey begins in Austria at the iconic Interalpen Hotel Tyrol, before winding deep into the heart of the Dolomites, a breathtaking drive through soaring peaks, dramatic valleys, and a network of world famous passes.

After two unforgettable days exploring these extraordinary mountain roads, we continue east to one of our all time favourites, the Schloss Velden on the shores of Lake Wörthersee, for a well deserved two night stay. One evening, we will cross the lake by private speedboats for dinner at a beautiful lakeside beach club, a truly memorable night beneath the stars.

The final leg takes us south to the Croatian coast, where a Michelin starred dinner provides a fitting finale to an unforgettable week. Expect some of the finest driving in Europe, a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, and a truly world class standard of hospitality throughout.

Event Schedule

Day 1 - Arrival in the Alps

Our La Dolce Vita adventure begins at the stunning Interalpen Hotel Tyrol, surrounded by breathtaking alpine views. Arrive during the afternoon to relax and enjoy the hotel’s world class spa and facilities. As evening falls, we gather in the Hofburg Restaurant for welcome drinks and the Drivers’ Briefing, before the night concludes with a superb dinner, marking the start of an unforgettable week ahead.

Day 2 - Stelvio & The Great Alpine Passes

We depart Austria and head south into the Alps, crossing the border into Italy for a spectacular day of mountain driving. The route features a trio of legendary passes, Stelvio, Gavia, and Tonale, offering some of the most thrilling switchbacks in Europe. The day concludes deep in the Dolomites at a stunning Leading Hotel of the World, where guests can unwind in its world class spa surrounded by panoramic mountain views. A relaxed dinner follows the perfect close to an unforgettable first drive.

Day 3 - Exploring the Dolomites

Today’s drive takes us east through the heart of the Dolomites, tackling a series of spectacular Italian passes. The route winds through forests, valleys, and over dramatic peaks, with a scenic lunch stop along the way. We return mid afternoon to another Leading Hotel of the World, with time to relax in the spa or enjoy drinks on the terrace. Dinner is served in the hotel’s flagship restaurant, with panoramic views over the Alpe di Siusi.

Day 4 - Dolomite Passes to Lake Wörthersee

We set out along some of our favourite Dolomite passes, before crossing Cortina d’Ampezzo and heading north over the Plöckenpass into Austria. Our destination is the magnificent Schloss Velden on Lake Wörthersee for a two night stay. This evening begins with drinks at Seespitz, before speedboats take us across the lake to a Beach club for dinner, a truly memorable night beneath the stars.

Day 5 - The Slovenian Loop

We depart late morning for a spectacular 3.5-hour loop from Austria through Italy and into Slovenia’s Alps. The route winds through hidden valleys and past two striking Slovenian forts, a true driver’s favourite. Guests may also choose to spend the day relaxing by the lake or unwinding in the hotel’s renowned Acquapura Spa. The evening brings a relaxed dinner at Seespitz, overlooking the water as the sun sets across Lake Wörthersee.

Day 6 - To the Adriatic Coast

For our final day we head south through Slovenia and the Julian Alps, before crossing into Croatia. The route follows a spectacular, little known valley road between the two countries before climbing to Croatia’s highest ski resort. From there, we descend towards the Adriatic and our final destination, a stunning five star coastal retreat with a private beach and a Michelin starred restaurant. The perfect setting to conclude La Dolce Vita in true Club GT style.
